Return & Refund Policy
Due to the personal-care nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, scent preference, skin compatibility, or other non-defect reasons.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. If approved, we will replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.

Products that have been used, opened, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for replacement or refund unless the issue is due to a confirmed product defect.
