SHIPPING POLICY

DAM GOOD SKIN products are fulfilled and shipped through our trusted fulfillment partners.

Because orders are processed through a third-party fulfillment facility, please allow approximately 3–7 business days for order processing before shipment.

Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes an additional 3–8 business days within the United States, depending on destination and carrier conditions.

Estimated total delivery time is generally 6–15 business days from the date your order is placed.

Please note that shipping and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier disruptions, weather, holidays, high order volume, or other circumstances outside our control.

You will receive tracking information by email once your order has shipped.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. DAM GOOD SKIN is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

If your package arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at damngoodskin@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
